Meet the directors
The faces behind Apex
You will usually deal with Stef or Stephen directly, from the first call to the finished job. That is how we make sure every customer gets a 5-star service.
Apex Waste & Maintenance is an independent London company. We clear it, fix it and certify it, so homeowners, landlords and businesses only need one call.
Apex was founded in 2018 by Stefanos and Stephen, childhood friends and now directors, who came from a background in building maintenance and merchants. They teamed up to offer an eco-friendly answer to waste removal, where the right disposal route is always used and the environment is at the heart of every job.
What started as commercial and domestic clearances, strip outs, mini demolitions and white goods removal has grown. Today we also look after property maintenance and all the safety certificates your property needs, so there is one trusted team for the whole job.
“Get the job done, but make the world that bit better every time you do it.”
Stef & Stephen, DirectorsEvery job is left spotless. We sweep up, protect your property and take away everything we said we would.
We turn up on the agreed day and time, and keep you updated. No chasing, no waiting around.
Fully trained, well-equipped and organised, so the work is done quickly and properly the first time.
